SharkyPOD Monitor works for sellers using Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, or any other merchant platform that you’ve connected with your active Printify account.
Can I change my email frequency?
Yes, we’re happy to modify your inventory monitoring & notification frequency to run every 6, 12, or 24 hours to suit your preference. Please reach out to let us know if you’d like to change your monitoring & email frequency.
What if I have products that aren’t fulfilled by Printify?
No problem — the monitor only checks products in your Printify catalog. Non-Printify listings are unaffected and remain in your control to oversee independently.
Will you update my stock availability in my shop for me?
No — SharkyPOD Monitor is solely a service for providing you with notification when your products display a change in availability during a given review period. You (the shop owner) retain responsibility to update product availability on your merchant platform to reflect current product availability status in a timely manner. We are not liable for any sales of out-of-stock products, resulting customer refunds, chargebacks, platform fees, or penalties incurred as a result of delayed or absent action on your part following receipt of an alert. What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your billing portal. Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. Please review our cancellation and refund policy here. By subscribing to SharkyPOD Monitor you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service.
Is my Printify API token secure?
Yes. Your credentials are stored securely and used only to check variant availability on your behalf. They are never shared with third parties and are deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
Is there a maximum catalog size?
No, the service is designed to handle catalogs of any size.
Built by an Etsy Seller for POD Retailers
Three times in three months, customers bought out-of-stock variants hosted by Printify in my Etsy shop. Each time I had to issue a full refund to the customer (including Etsy’s transaction fees) which cost me financially.
