Refund Policy

SharkyPOD Monitor – Refund Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to SharkyPOD Monitor, a service provided by Enlightened by Design, LLC. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Subscription Plans: SharkyPOD Monitor is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions.

No Refunds for Completed Billing Periods: Subscription fees are non-refundable for billing periods that have already been charged. Whether you use the service actively or not during a billing period, no refund will be issued for that period once payment has been processed.

Annual Subscriptions: If you are on an annual plan and cancel before your renewal date, your service will remain active until the end of the annual period for which you have already paid. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining months of an annual subscription unless the service is permanently discontinued by Enlightened by Design LLC, in which case a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, if you were charged after cancelling your subscription or charged an incorrect amount — please contact us within 14 days of the charge through our contact form with your subscription details and a description of the issue. We will review your case and, if an error is confirmed, issue a full refund of the incorrect charge within 5-10 business days.

Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, no charge will be made until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial period at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

Service Discontinuation: In the event that Enlightened by Design LLC permanently discontinues SharkyPOD Monitor, subscribers who have prepaid for a period beyond the discontinuation date will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. The granting of a refund in one instance does not obligate us to issue refunds in future instances.
